Company Bio:
Don Baxter started the business in 1976 with a “bang” being awarded “Rookie of the Year” with the financial services firm he was affiliated with. Being encouraged to “learn everything he could”, Don took many specialized courses over the years. He obtained the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) designation in 1981. Afterwards, Don immediately began working on the CFP™(Certified Financial Planner) designation obtaining that in 1984. Don has spoke at various civil and religious organizations over the years on investing and financial planning. He has also had several articles published in local paper and been on television, radio, and quoted in the paper. You can HEAR DON WEEKLY on Talk Radio 1330 KNSS AM at 9:00 in the morning for the "Money Planning Hour". His registrations include Series 7, 24, 31, 63, 65. He is also licensed in Life & Health insurance. Don is a member and has served as President o the FPA (Financial Planning Association) of Kansas.
Don is a member and has also served as President for the East Side Y’s Men’s Club (a supporter of the YMCA programs). Mickey is involved with the North Y's Men's Club. Both Don and Mickey are in the Shrine andare members of the Touchdowner's group, which actively supports the Kansas Shrine Bowl which ultimately beneits the Shriner's Childrens Hospitals. |
