Personal Bio:
I grew up in Wichita and attended Wichita Southeast High School and graduated in 1996. I graduated in 2000 from Baker University, Baldwin City, KS, with a degree in English and a minor in music.
I spent six years working in journalism, editing, and publishing around Kansas City and Lawrence, KS.
In 2006 I returned to Wichita and began a career change.
After a great deal of re-training, I began work for Retirement Plan Solutions in late 2006. I now spend my days advising companies regarding 401(k) plans and other qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, as well as doing individual financial planning (IRAs, college savings, insurance, etc).
I also play in several bands, and perform locally from time to time.

Retirement Plan Solutions, Inc. (RPS) was established in August 2002 by Michael G. O’Bryhim to offer services to retirement plan sponsors. The company’s mission is to help employers and employees recognize the value of their retirement plan through objective, independent services including, but not limited to:
• Providing information about administrative service provider selection
• Help educate clients about investment manager and investment option selection and ongoing evaluation
• Group and individual employee education sessions focusing on accumulation, allocation and distribution of assets and income for a more financially successful retirement.
Our emphasis is on serving existing clients. The company will limit growth to maintain that focus.
